Kromoblastomikozis, Olgu Sunumu

Chromoblastomycosis, a Case Report

Chromoblastomycosis caused by Dematiacea fungi family is a rare fungal infection which is usually reported in tropical regions. A 75-year-old male patient presenting with a painless nodule on the dorsum of his foot for one and a half month was diagnosed as chromoblastomycosis confirmed by histopathological and conventional histochemical evaluation of the punch biopsy taken from the lesion. This case is presented because of its rarity and the silent clinical presentation of the condition
