Anti-Kanser Etkiler Işığında D Vitamini ve Kanser

İnsan beslenmesinde büyük öneme sahip olan vitaminler vücutta önemli mekanizmalarda yer almaktadır. Bu vitaminler arasında, D vitamininin önemi giderek artmaktadır. Neredeyse tamamen güneş ışınları ile deride sentez edilen D vitamininin vücutta birçok görevi vardır. Birçok çalışmada kemik yapısı ile ilişkilendirilse de D vitamininin prevelansı ve türleri gittikçe yaygınlaşan kanser ile ilişkileri üzerinde durulmaktadır. Bu derlemede çeşitli antikanser etkilere sahip olan D vitamininin mekanizmaları ve kanser ile arasındaki ilişkilerden bahsedilecektir

Vitamins play an important role in human nutrition and are part of the important mechanisms in the body. Among these vitamins, vitamin D has become known to be increasingly important. Almost completely synthesized in the skin by sunlight, vitamin D has many functions in the body. In this literature review, the relationship between cancer and the mechanism of vitamin D having various anti-cancer effects, will be reviewed
