Social Conflict and Societal Anger

Anger is the most common and most intense emotion in conflict and social relationships. This makes anger one of the essential issues that need to be studied sociologically in the social sense. Anger, which can spread rapidly and intensely in social relations, is likely to cause or result in social phenomena and events. A common aspect of social conflict and social anger is that they are seen as issues that need to be resolved immediately in society and in interpersonal relations, although both can have positive consequences an negative consequences. The fact that individuals have anger to another individual or group due to many sociological factors such as claiming a right on the other side, restriction of their own freedom, reminds the course of social conflict in society. In this context, social conflict and social anger are often intertwined. The point to be addressed here is the social process and possible social consequences when social anger and social conflict come together. In this sense, in this study, social anger is evaluated theoretically in the context of social conflict theory.
