Laparoskopi Yardımlı Vajinal Histerektomi, Total Vajinal Histerektomi Ve Total Abdominal Histerektominin Perioperatif ve Postoperatif Sonuçlarının Karşılaştırılması

AMAÇ: Bu çalışmanın amacı üç histerektomi tipinin; laparoskopi yardımlı vajinal histerektomi LYVH , vajinal total histerektomi VTH ve total abdominal histerektominin TAH perioperatif ve postoperatif morbiditesinin karşılaştırılmasıdır.YÖNTEMLER: Bu prospektif gözlemsel klinik çalışmaya; benign nedenlerle histerektomi planlanan 104 hasta dahil edildi. Hastaların yaşı, endikasyonları, preoperatif ve postoperatif hemoglobin ve hematokrit değerleri, operasyon süreleri, uterus ağırlıkları, analjezik kullanımları ve hastanede kalış süreleri kaydedildi. The Evaluation of the Perioperative and Postoperative Outcomes of the Laparoscopy Assisted Vaginal Hysterectomy, Total Vaginal Hysterectomy and Total Abdominal Hysterectomy

OBJECTIVE: The aim of this study is to compare perioperative and postoperative outcomes of 3 types of hysterectomies; laparoscopy assisted vaginal hysterectomy LAVH , total vaginal hysterectomy TVH and total abdominal hysterectomy TAH . METHODS: For this prospective clinical study; 104 patients who were scheduled for hysterectomy operation for benign conditions were included. The patients’ age groups, indications, preoperative and postoperative haemoglobin and hematocrit levels, operation time, analgesic demand and hospital stay were recorded.
