A family is always in the virtue of playing a vital role in the health and welfare of the younger generation. The character of a person, his attitude to work, the education, and the moral, ideological and cultural value are formed in the family. At this stage of development of our society it is very important to increase parents’ responsibility. It is hard to achieve the needed results in the process of upbringing and teaching without parents’ help, without personal interest, without pedagogical psychological knowledge. As a matter of fact, teacher and class teacher play a great the role in the development of parent education and in the establishment of their contact.
