Soket kalkanı tekniği ile immediat implant uygulaması: Olgu sunumu
Soket kalkanı tekniği son yıllarda aşırı kuron harabiyetine uğramış anterior dişlerin immediyat implantasyonunda kullanılmaya başlanmış, henüz uzun dönem çalışması olmayan bir soket koruma tekniğidir. Aşırı harap olmuş dişlerde diş kuronunun çok küçük bir parçasının implant yatağı ile temasta bırakılması ile gerçekleştirilmektedir. Mevcut çalışmada soket kalkanı yöntemi ile immediyat olarak yüklenmiş bir adet olgu, tüm klinik aşamaları ile beraber sunulmuştur.
Immediat implantation with socket shield technique: A case report
Socket Shield technique is a novel socket preservation method, which is used in immediate implantation of highly carious anterior teeth and has no long term results. Socket Shield is performed by decreasing the coronal level of highly carious teeth under the gingiva and leaving a small amount of tooth material on the buccal aspect of the implant osteotomy bed. In the present study, a case of 'Socket Shield' technique is presented with step-by-step clinical documentation.
