Bu çalısmada, Afyonkarahisar il merkezinde bulunan semt pazarlarından satın alınan 100 adet beyaz peynir örneginde Listeria monocytogenes ile Salmonella spp.’nin varlıgı ve yaygınlıgı arastırılmıstır. L. monocytogenes’in izolasyon ve identifikasyonunda Amerikan Gıda ve İlaç Dairesi’nin (Food and Drug Administiration/FDA), Salmonella spp.’nin izolasyon ve identifikasyonunda ise Uluslararası Standart Ofisi’nin (International Standart Office/ISO) önerdigi metotlar kullanılmıstır.
