Ses Dalgalarının 1000 Hz Ve Farklı Ses Şiddetlerinde Lavanta Ve Biberiye Bitkileri Üzerindeki Etkileri

Abiyotik stres faktörleri arasında yer alan farklı ses dalgalarının oluştuğu ses alanlarının meydana getirdiği ses stresleri, alternatif mekanik bir stres olarak bitkilerin büyüme ve gelişmelerine etki etmektedir. Çalışmada tıbbi amaçlı olarak değerlendirilen iki farklı tıbbi ve aromatik bitkiler (Lavandula angustifolia, Rosmarinus officinalis) sabit tutulan 1000 Hz frekans değerinde 3 farklı ses şiddeti düzeyinde (95dB, 100dB,105dB) ses dalgalarına maruz bırakılmışlardır. Farklı şiddetteki ses stresine tabi tutulan bitkilerde; bitki boyu (cm), yaprak sayısı (adet/bitki), gövde çapı (mm), bitki taze ve kuru herba ağırlıkları (g/bitki) ile kök taze ve kuru ağırlıkları (g/bitki) ölçülmüş ve bitki kuru herbada uçucu yağ oranları (%) belirlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak; Lavandula angustifolia, Rosmarinus officinalis ses stresi bitki büyüme parametrelerini ve uçucu yağ oranlarını etkilemiştir.

The Effects Of Sound Waves At 1000 Hz And Different Sound Intensities On Lavender And Rosemary Plants

Sound stresses included in abiotic stress factors created by the sound areas in which sound waves form affect growth and development of plants as an alternative mechanic stress. In this study, two medicinal and aromatic plants (Lavandula angustifolia, Rosmarinus officinalis) which have an important place in human health, were exposed to sound waves at 3 different dB values (sound intensities are 95 dB,100dB,105dB). During the period of application the frequency values 1000 Hz adjusted as constantly. Sound stresses that created by the sound fields in which sound waves that have different dB values affect growth and development of plants as an alternative mechanic stress. In this research, plant height (cm), number of leaves/plant, diameter of stem (mm), fresh and dry weight of root, fresh and dry weight of shoot (leaves + stem) were measured and essential oil rate (%) were determined. The results indicated that growth parameters and essential oil of, Lavandula angustifolia, Rosmarinus officinalis were affected by sound intensities.
