Kurumsal Teori Bağlamında AB Uyelik Sürecinde Türk Polisinde Değişim

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye’de mobilya sanayi sektöründe faaliyet gösteren büyük ölçekli işletmelerin çalışanlarından alınan verilere göre davranışları üzerindeki etkisini belirlemeye yöneliktir. Araştırmanın çalışma evreni; Kayseri ili büyük ölçekli mobilya sanayi işletmeleri çalışanlarıdır. Araştırmanın örneklemi, 9 işletmenin çalışanları arasından 409 kişiden oluşmaktadır. Çalışanların kişi-örgüt uyumu algılarının, örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışları boyutlarından diğerlerini düşünme, ileri görev bilinci, sivil erdem, centilmenlik ve nezakete dayalı bilgilendirme üzerinde pozitif etkileri olduğuna ilişkin beş hipotez oluşturulmuş ve hipotezler kabul edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucuna göre çalışanların kişi-örgüt uyumu algılarının, örgüt gelişimine destek olmak örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı boyutu üzerinde daha yüksek pozitif etkisi bulgulanmıştır
