Stress üriner inkontinanslı hastada TVT ameliyatı sonrası mesane içinde taşlaşmış mesh

TOT veya TVT gibi minimal invazif prosedürler kadınlarda stres üriner inkontinans SUİ ’ta kullanılır. TVT uygulaması intrinsik sfinkter yetmezliği ve üretral hipermobilite de daha etkilidir. Bu yazıda SUİ’da TVT’nin potansiyel bir komplikasyonu sunulmuştur. Hematüri şikayeti ile başvuran hastada radyolojik tetkiklerinde şüpheli radyoopasite tespit edildi. Yapılan sistoskopide mesane içinde taşlaşmış mesh görüldü. Bu nadir komplikasyon endoskopik olarak başarılı şekilde tedavi edildi

Petrified mesh in bladder after TVT surgery in patients with stress urinary incontinence

TOT or TVT, minimally invasive procedures are used to stress incontinence. TVT is more effective in patients with intrinsic sphincter deficiency and urethral hypermobility. This article presented the potential complications of TVT procedure for SUİ. Patient who was presented with hematuria, suspected radioopacity was detected with radiological examinations. The stony mesh was seen in bladder during cystoscopy. In this rare complication was successfully treated by endoscopic surgery
