Spontan üreter rüptürü sonucu gelişen retroperitoneal ürinom
Spontan üreter rüptürü oldukça nadirdir. Spontan rüptürler daha çok üriner sistemin taş hastalığı, konjenital anomaliler ve tümörlerde artmaktadır. Burada spontan olarak tek taraflı üreter rüptürü gelişen 64 yaşında erkek olgu sunulmaktadır. Hastada herhangi bir karın travması mevcut değildi. Proksimal üreter taşı bulunan 64 yaşında erkek hastada gelişen spontan üreter rüptürü ve tedavisi literatür eşliğinde tartışıldı
Retroperitoneal urinoma associated with spontaneous ureteral rupture
Spontaneous rupture of the ureter is very rare. Occurunce of spontaneous ruptures increases with urinary tract stone disease, congenital abnormalities and tumors. We are presented a 64-year-old man with spontaneous rupture of a unilateral ureter. There is no abdominal travma in patient. We have eveluated and discussed of 64 years old male patient with located proximal ureteral stone with spontaneous rupture process and treatment of that in the literature.
