Bu hastaların altısı erkek %28.6 , on beşi kız idi %71.4 .
Efficacy of urotherapy in children with non-neurogenic lower urinary system dysfunction
Objectıves: Non-neurogenic lower urinary tract dysfunction NNLUTD is rather common in pediatric age group. In this study, we aimed to present the results of patients whom we treated by urotherapy. Materıal and Methods: Twenty-one patients applied to our clinic between January-September 2013 with NNLUTD were enrolled into the study. Detailed history, Bladder Dysfunction Symptom Questionnaire BDSQ , Physical examination, urinalysis and urine culture, micturition diary, plasma urea and creatinine, lumbosacral x-ray, uroflow-EMG and urinary ultrasonography was used to evaluate the patients. All patients were managed by urotherapy and were called to re-evaluate after three months. Results: Mean patient age was 10.47±3.08 7-17 . Six of those patients were male 28.6% and fifteen was female 71.4% . Mean BDSQ were 19.19±4.28 and 5.57±2.94 before and after treatment, respectively p
