Finasterid tedavisine rağmen hayatı tehdit edebilecek prostat kanaması: Olgu sunumu
Prostat kaynaklı kanamalar genellikle prostatın frajil, aşırı damarlanması sonucu gerçekleşir. Prostatın damarları herhangi bir nedenden dolayı yırtıldığında hasta spontan gross hematüri ile başvurabilir. Hastanın konforunu ve hayatını tehdit eden makroskopik, abondan, spontan hematüri olduğunda acil şartlarda değerlendirilmelidir. BPH benign prostat hiperplazisi bağlı gross hematürilerde TURP transüretral prostatektomi , diğer tedavi seçeneklerin yanında, obstruktif semptomları ağır basan hastalar için alternatif tedavi olarak düşünülmelidir
In spite of finasteride treatment prostatic bleeding that might threaten life: Case report
Bleeding of prostatic origin is usually caused by the fragile hypervascularity of the prostate, the vessels of which are easily disrupted and the patients might be accepted the hospital with gross hematuria. The spontan gross hematuria which negative effect to patients comfort and threat to live should be evaluated urgently. İn Gross hematuria due to BPH benign prostate hyperplasia along with the other treatment options TURP transurethral resection should be considered as an alternative treatment fort he patients withobstructive symptoms
