Antony Flew’ün Ateizmden Tanrı İnancına Yolculuğu

Bu çalışma Antony Flew’ün ateizmden Tanrı inancına dönüş serüveniniincelemektedir. Bu açıdan bakıldığında onun entelektüelhayatını iki döneme ayırmak mümkündür. Ateist olarak geçirdiğiilk dönem ve Tanrı inancına sahip olduğu ikinci dönem. Flew ateistolduğu dönemde belli argümanlardan yola çıkarak, Tanrı’nınvarlığının imkânsızlığını savunmuştur. Tanrı inancına sahip olduğudönemde ise bu argümanlarda işaret edilen problemlere cevapbulduğunu ve yeni delillerle birlikte Tanrı’nın varlığını kabulettiğini ifade etmiştir. Dolayısıyla bu çalışmanın temel gayesi budönüşümdeki gerekçelerin tutarlı olup olmadığını sorgulamak,varılan noktada Flew’ün sahip olduğu Tanrı inancının dini açıdan <span style="font-size: 14px;"> p.p1 {margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 8.0px Helvetica} yansımalarını tartışmaktır.

ANTONY FLEW’S JOURNEY FROM ATHEISM TO BELIEF IN GOD

This study examines Antony Flew’s journey from atheism to beliefin God. From this perspective, it is possible to divide his intellectuallife into two periods: first period is his life as an atheist andthe second as a believer in God. Setting off from certain arguments,Flew argued the impossibility of the existence of God in theperiod where he was an atheist. In the period where he had beliefin God, he argued that he had found the answer to the problemsand accepted the existence of God. Therefore, the basic objectiveof this study is to question whether the reasons in this transformationare consistent and to discuss the reflection of Flew’s belief <span style="font-size: 14px;"> p.p1 {margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 8.0px Helvetica} of God at the conclusion in terms of religion.
