Performance Measurement for Evaluation of E-Business Systems

In this study performance measurements are examined to determine in what ways businesses have experienced changes in their performances after having started to use e-business systems. Through reviewing the literature for performance measurement that could be used for e-business systems, the study puts forward a relatively more inclusive performance- measurement set. The measurements are examined in eight main groups, including product, production process, costs, financial indicators, delivery system, procurement system, process flexibility, and customers.
