Uluabat Gölündeki Tahta (Blicca bjoerkna (L., 1758)) Balığının Mide ve Bağırsak Dokularının Histokimyasal Açıdan Karşılaştırılması

Yapılan çalışmada tahta (Blicca bjoerkna (L., 1758)) balığının mide ve bağırsak bölümlerinin histolojik ve histokimyasal açıdan karşılaştırılması amaçlanmaktadır. Blicca bjoerkna’nın sindirim sistemi morfolojik olarak; mide, ilk bağırsak, orta bağırsak ve son bağırsak olmak üzere dört bölüme ayrıldı. Çalışılan balıklar ergin olarak Uluabat Gölü’nden temin edildi. Karanfil yağı anestezisi uygulandı. Daha sonra abdominal diseksiyon ile mide ve bağırsaklardan örnek alımı gerçekleştirildi. Alınan örneklerin ışık mikroskobunda morfolojik ve histokimyasal yapısı incelendi. Mukosubstans özellikleri, yoğunlukları ve dağılımlarını göstermek için PAS, PAS/AB pH 2.5, AB pH 2.5, AF, AF/AB pH 2.5 histokimyasal boyamaları uygulandı.

Comparative Histochemical Studies on the Stomach and Intestine Tissues of the White Bream (Blicca bjoerkna (L., 1758)), in Lake Uluabat

The present investigation aims to illustrate the histological and histochemical differences of the stomach and intestine of the white bream (Blicca bjoerkna (L., 1758)). The digestive system of Blicca bjoerkna is morphologically divided into four portions: stomach, anterior intestine middle intestine and posterior intestine portions. Species were provided from adult roach fish located in Uluabat lake. Stomach and intestine sampling was performed with abdominal dissection after application of anesthesia clove oil. The morphological and histochemical structures of all samples were studied with a light microscope. PAS, PAS/AB pH 2.5, AB pH 2.5, AF, AF/AB pH 2.5 histochemical stainings were performed for determining mucosubstance features, density and distribution.
