Sığır Jejunum Mukozasındaki Bazı Glikokonjugatların Lektin Histokimyasal Karakterizasyonu

Bu çalışmada sığır jejunum mukozasındaki bazı glikokonjugatların lektin histokimyasal karakterizasyonunun Con A (Canavaliaensiformis), PNA(Arachishypogaea), UEA-I (Ulexeuropaeus) ve SBA (Glycinemax) lektinleri ile belirlenmesi amaçlandı. Lektin histokimyasal uygulamalar sonucunda villus epitel hücrelerinin yüzeyinde tüm lektinlerle pozitif reaksiyon gözlendi. Kadeh hücrelerinde Con A hariç tüm lektinlerle pozitif reaksiyon elde edildi. Villus epitel ve bez epitel hücrelerinde Con A lektini ile pozitif reaksiyon saptandı. Reaksiyon apikal sitoplazmada gözlendi.

In this study it was aimed to determination as histochemically of some glycoconjugates in mucosa of bovine’s jejunum by Con A (Canavaliaensiformis), PNA (Arachishypogaea), UEA-1 (Ulexeuropaeus), SBA (Glycinemax) lectins. As a result of lectin histochemically methods, positive reaction was observed with all lectin in surface of villous epithelium cells. The positive reaction was obtained with the lectins with the lectins except for Con A in the goblet cells. It was detected positive reaction in villous epithelium and glands epithelial cells with Con A lectins. The reaction was observed in apical cytoplasm.
