Babesiosisli Koyunlarda Çinko ve Bakır Konsantrasyonları ve Karbonik Anhidraz Enzim Aktivitesinin Saptanması

Bu çalışma, Van yöresindeki babesiosisli koyunlarda çinko, bakır konsantrasyonları, Cu/Zn oranı ve karbonik anhidraz enzim aktivitesini araştırmak amacıyla planlandı. Çalışmada, canlı materyal olarak babesiosisli 1.5–2 yaş arası toplam 36 Akkaraman koyun (hasta grup) kullanıldı. Hasta koyunlar tedavi edilerek tedavi sonrası grubu oluşturuldu. Sağlıklı 20 Akkaraman ırkı koyun ise kontrol grubu olarak ayrıldı.
