Köpeklerde deneysel nefrotoksikozisde eritropoietin seviyesi ve bazı hematolojik parametreler üzerinde araştırmalar
Bu çalışmada, köpeklerde deneysel oluşturulan nelfotoksikoziste Epo seviyesi ve bazı kan parametreleri değerlendirilerek nefritislerdeki etkinliği araştırıldı. Bu çalışmanın materyalini 18 adet sağlıklı köpek oluşturdu. Gentamisin enjeksiyonları 10 gün süreyle günde 3 kez saat: 8.00, 12.00, 24.00 olmak üzere A grubuna n=6 7 mg/kg, B grubuna n=6 10 mg/kg, C grubuna n=6 ise 15 mg/kg dozda, intramüsküler yolla yapıldı. Köpekler, uygulama öncesi ve uygulama süresince her gün klinik, 2, 5, 7 ve 12. günlerde hematolojik ve biyokimyasal muayenelerden geçirildi. A grubunda lökosit ve idrar GGT’sindeki artış p0.05 . B grubundaki hematolojik parametrelerden Iökositlerdeki artış ve MCV değerlerinde azalma; biyokimyasal parametrelerden Epo, potasyum, fosfor, kan üre nitrojen ve idrar GGT’sindeki artış; sodyum, kalsiyum, albumin ve protein değerlerindeki düşüş istatistik olarak anlamlı bulundu p
Investigation on erytlıropoietin level and some blood parameters in experinıental nephrotoxicosis in dogs
İn this study, it was investigated Erythropoietin levels and some hematologic parameters in experimental nephrotoxicosis in dogs. Eighteen healhty dogs were used as a material in this study. Gentamicine sulphate was given to induce nephrotoxicity at the dose of 7 mg/kg body weight to group A, 10 mg/kg body weight to group B and 15 mg/kg body weight to group C for 10 consecutive days. Dogs were examined before the experiment and during the experiment every day clinically, 2, 5, 7 and 12. days hematologic and biochemical examinations. In group A, except inerease in leukosite and urine GGT values p0.05 . From hematologic parameters in group B, inerease in leukosite, decrease in MCV values; from the biochemical parameters inerease in Epo, potassium, phosphorus, blood urea nitrogen and urine GGT values; decrease in sodium, calcium, albumin and protein values were found statistically signifıcant p
