Endoparazitli kuzularda hematolojik parametreler ile bazı mineral düzeylerinin araştırılması

Bu çalışma, endoparazitli kuzularda eritrosit, total lökosit, hemoglobin ve hematokrit değer ile kan serumu çinko, bakır, demir, kalsiyum ve magnezyum düzeylerinin araştırılması amacıyla yapıldı. Araştırmada, Trichostrongylidae spp., Fasciola spp., Moniezia spp. ve Eimeria spp. ile miks olarak enfekte olan 42 parazitli ve 30 parazitsiz Akkaraman kuzudan kan örnekleri alındı. Investigations on lıaematological parameters and sonıe mineral levels in lambs infected with endoparasites

The objectives of this study were to search of erythrocyte, total leucocyte, haemoglobin and haematocrit values, and zinc, copper, iron, calcium and magnesium levels in blood sera of lambs infected with endoparasites. Fortytwo Akkaraman lambs infected with Trichostrongylidae spp., Fasciola spp., Moniez.ia spp. and Eimeria spp. infected group and 30 non-infected lambs control group were used in the study.
