PREPARATION STAGES IN PORCELAIN LAMINATE VENEER RESTORATION

The aesthetic success of restorations in dentistry is an important criterion in terms of patient satisfaction. Developed to meet this need, laminate veneers have become very popular in recent years. Different materials and techniques are used in the production of laminate veneers. Composite laminate veneers, one of them, are applied directly on the patient in the clinical setting, while porcelain laminate veneers are prepared indirectly in the laboratory environment. During the preparation phase of laminate veneers, minimally invasive preparation is made on the enamel surface. When laminate veneers are prepared in accordance with their procedures, they are treatments with high clinical success and high survival rates with developing systems.
