Söz konusu belge Ankara Etnografya Müzesi'nde saklanmaktadır. Turfan Uygurlarının 18. yüzyılda Çin'in Gansu eyaletine göç etmeleriyle ilgili bir vesikadır. Çağatay Türkçesiyle yazılmıştır. Bu belgeyi daha önce Ahmet Temir yayınlamıştır. Ancak Ahmet Temir metnin transkripsiyonunu yaparken belgenin dilini Tatarcaya yakın okumuş, özellikle Çince yer adlarını yanlış okumuştur. Dolayısıyla belgenin transkripsiyonunun yeniden yapılmasına ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Bu yazıda söz konusu belge tanıtılmış ve gerekli açıklamalarıyla yeniden transkripsiyonu yapılmıştır

The mentioned above document is being stored at Ankara Ethnographical Museum. It’s a document about the immigration of Turfan Uygurs to Gansu region of China in XVIII century. It has been written in Chagatay dialect of Turkish language. This document has been previously issued by Ahmet Temir. However, while making the transcription of the text Ahmet Temir has read the text close to the Tatar dialect, especially has misread the toponyms (place names) in Chineese. Thereby there is a need of re making the transcription of the document. In this work the mentioned above document has been introduced and re-transcription with the necessary explanations has been made.
