Gastroözofagal Reflü Hastalığı Olan Bireylerin Ağız Sağlığı Durumu

Amaç: Bu çalışmada gastroözefajial reflü hastalığı GÖRH olan hastalarda dental erozyon ve dişeti sağlığı durumunu sağlıklı bireylerle kıyaslama amaçlandı. Gereç ve Yöntem: Çalışmaya 28 GÖRH olan ve 28 sağlıklı bireyler kontrol grubu olarak katıldı. Bireyler cinsiyet, yaş, dental erozyon, klinik dişeti çekilmesi, cep derinliği, sondalamada kanama, plak durumu göz önüne alınarak karşılaştırıldı. The Oral Health Status of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease Patients

Aim: In this study, it was aimed to compare dental erosion and gingival health with healthy subjects in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease GERD . Material and Method: 28 healthy subjects with 28 GERD participated in the study as control group. Individuals were compared by considering gender, age, dental erosion, clinical gingival recess, pocket depth, bleeding on probing, plaque condition.
