Beyaz Yeni Zelanda ırkı tavşanların kimi spermatolojik özellikleri

Bu çalışmada Beyaz Yeni Zelanda ırkı tavşanların kimi spermatolojik özellikleri araştırıldı. Yaşları 12-18 ay arasında değişen 10 adet erkek tavşan materyal olarak kullanıldı. Her tavşandan sun'i vajen ile iki günde bir olmak üzere toplam beş ejakülat alındı. Alınan ejakülatlarda ortalama hacim, pH, spermatozoon yoğunluğu, motilite, ölü, anormal ve akrozom defektli spermatozoon oranlan sırasıyla 0.37+0.02 mi, 7.72±0.04, 287.20±13.73x$l0^6$ /ml, %81.30±0.92, %10.17±0.68, %27.68±1.95 ve %12.07±0.91 olarak saptandı.

Some spermatological characteristics of new Zealand white rabbit bucks

The aim of this study is to investigate the some spermatological characteristics of New Zealand White rabbit bucks. Ten New Zealand White males, aged 12-18 months, were used as materials. Five ejaculates were collected from each buck on every other day by means of artificial vagina. The averages of ejaculate volume, pH, spermatozoa concentration, motility and percentage of dead, abnormal and acrosome defected spermatozoon values were found 0.37±0.02 ml, 7.72±0.04, 287.20±13.73x $l0^6$/ml, 81.30±0.92%, 10.17±0.68%, 27.68±1.95% and 12.07+0.91%, respectively.
