Mezenkimal Glandüler Yapılarda Skuarnöz Diferansiasyon ile Belirli Monofazik Epitelyal Sinoviyal Sarkom (Olgu Sunumu)

Bu makalede 51 yaşında bir kadın hastanın sol aksillasında bulunan monotazik epitelyal sinoyiyal sarkom olgusu sunulmaktadır. Tümör yalnızoa glandüler yapılardan zengin olmakta kalmayıp. aynı zamanda bu yapılarda skuamöz diferansiasyon ye keratinizasyon da göstermektedir. Oigudaki ışık mikroskopik. dokukimyasal ye immün dokukimyasal bulgular. monoiazik epitel— yal sinoyiyai sarkomun histopatolojik üzeiiiklerini desteklemektedir. Bu nedenle bir malign yumuşak doku tümörü ile birlikte skuamöz diferansiasyon bulgusu da varsa. ayırıoı tanı yalnızca karsinomları değil. monoiazik ye oiiazik sinoyiyai sarkom. maiign sohwarınomun glandüler skuamöz varyantı gibi az görülen sarkomları da içermelidir
