Elektronik imza sahip olduğu kimlik doğrulama, bütünlük ve inkar edilemezlik özellikleri ile sanal ortamda gittikçe artan oranlarda ihtiyaç duyulan güvenlik, güvenilirlik ve hukuki açıdan geçerlilik ihtiyaçlarına cevap veren bir teknolojidir. Bu çalışmada bir sanayi kenti olan Bursa’daki işletmelere elektronik imza uygulamaları konusunda anket uygulaması yapılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre, elektronik imzanın işletmelerde iş akışlarını hızlandırdığı, maliyetleri düşürdüğü, güvenliği ve iş verimliliğini artırdığı görülmüştür.

Electronic signature is a technology holding the properties of authentication, integrity and undeniable which responds the requirements of the security, reliability and legal validity with an increasingly ratios needed in virtual environment. Within the scope of this study, a survey has been conducted, one of the industrial city in Bursa, which about the digital signature applications. According to the results, the digital signature’s accerelates the work flow, reduces costs, increases security and work productivity.
