TÜRK EDEBİYATI DERS İÇERİKLERİNİN MOBİL ÖĞRENME KAPSAMINDA HAZIRLANMASI

Disiplinler arası bir araştırma olan bu çalışma, Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı ve Talim Terbiye Kurulu tarafından Ortaöğretim okulları için hazırlanan Türk Dili ve Edebiyatı dersi kapsamında seçilen bazı konuların, görsel ve işitsel elemanların kullanıldığı bilgisayar destekli 2D ve 3D animasyon ve sinematografi tekniklerine uyarlanmasını içermektedir. Çalışmadan elde edilen örnekler daha sonra interaktif beyaz tahta, tablet bilgisayarlar ve teknolojik araçlar ile uyumlu diğer mobil cihazların içine entegre edilecektir. Araştırmanın amaçlarından biri de, Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı ile işbirliğini güçlendirmek amacıyla, Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı ve diğer birçok paydaşları tarafından yürütülen Fatih Projesi kapsamında oluşturulan diğer ders içerikleri havuzuna katkıda bulunmaktır . Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı Fatih Projesi şu anda 110 okulda, 6. ve 9. sınıf öğrencilerine uygulanmaktadır. Proje kapsamında öğrencilere dağıtılan tablet sayısı yüzbine ulaşırken interaktif yazı tahtalarının (akıllı tahta) sayısı yüzbini aşmış bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışmayla büyük ölçüde, Fatih Projesinde olduğu gibi, teknolojinin ülkemiz eğitim sistemi ile entegrasyonuna katkı sağlanması amaçlanmıştır. Oluşturulacak teknolojik altyapı, bu teknoloji ile oluşturulan tüm mobil öğrenme içeriği için geçerli olacaktır. Bu araştırma , farklı yöntem ve tekniklerin desteğiyle gelecekteki olası eğitim-öğretim ortamları ve ders içerikleri için bir örnek modül olma özelliğine sahiptir ve bu yönüyle de benzersiz bir çalışma niteliğindedir.

CONTENT CREATION FOR TURKISH LITERATURE COURSES WITHIN THE SCOPE OF MOBILE LEARNING

This study of interdisciplinary research involves the preparation of several selected topics from the Turkish Language and Literature course in secondary schools, prepared by the Ministry of National Education and the Board of Education, whereby the computer assisted 2D and 3D animation and cinematography techniques with the support of visual and audio elements are used. Future samples will be integrated into the interactive whiteboard and tablet computers and the other mobile devices compatible with the technological materials. One of the aims of the Project conducted by the Ministry of Education, and many other stakeholders, is to contribute to the content pool of Fatih Project and other courses to strengthen the co-operation with the Ministry. Fatih Project of the Ministry of National Education is currently in progress in110 schools with the sixth and ninth grade students. The number of tablets distributed reaches up to a hundred thousand, while the number of interactive whiteboards has exceeded over 100.000. This project is intended to contribute largely to the integration of our country's education system with technology like the Fatih Project. The technological infrastructure to be created will be applicable to all mobile learning content created with this technology. This research, with the support of different methods and techniques, has the features of being an example module for a probable future education environment and course content, which also makes the study unique.
