Ağaç malzemede renk açma işlemleri ve verniklerin renk değiştirici etkileri
Bu araştırmada, sarıçam (Pinus silvestris I), Doğu kayını (Fagus Orientalis lipsky), dişbudak (Fraxinus excelsior I.) ve sapsız meşe (Quercus petraea spp.) üzerinde, sodyum hidroksit + hidrojen peroksit, sodyum hidroksit + kalsiyum hidroksit + hidrojen peroksit, hipoklorit ve hidroklorik asitin renk açma uygunlukları belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca araştırmada renk açma işlemi yapılmış ağaç örneklerin yüzeylerinde akrilik, sentetik, poliüretan ve asit katalizörlü verniklerin renk değiştirici etkileri belirlenmiştir. Deneyler sonucunda; örneklerin yüzeyinde, sodyum hidroksit + hidrojen peroksit ve sodyum hidroksit + kalsiyum hidroksit + hidrojen peroksit çözeltilerinin kuvvetli renk açıcı olduklarını, hidroklorik asit ve hipoklorit asit çözeltilerinin ise zayıf renk açıcı olduklarını, sentetik ve akrilik vernikler ahşap örnekleriri yüzeyinde en açık rengi verirken poliüretan ve asit sertleştiricili verniklerin daha koyu renk verdikleri belirlenmiştir.
Bleaching on wood and colour changing effects of varnishes
The objective of this research was to determine colour changing proporties of sodium hydroxide + hydrogen peroxide, sodium hydroxide + calcium hydroxide + hydrogen peroxide, hypochlorite and hydrochloric acid applied on the pine (Pinus silvestris I), oriental beech {Fagus orientals libsky), ash wood (Fraxinus excelsior I.) and oak (Quercus petraea spp), The second steps of research was to determine colour changing effects of acrylic, synthetic, polyurethane and acid catalized varnishes on the bleached wood samples. Results indicated that sodium hydroxide + hydrogen peroxide and sodium hydroxide + calcium hydroxide+hydrogen peroxide Chemicals are strong bleaches, hypochlorite and hydrochloric acid chemicals are weak bleaches, acrylic and synthetic varnishes gave the lightest colour but polyurethane and acid hardener varnishes gave the darker colour.
