Rinoplasti hasta beklentilerinin fazla olduğu, dar bir alandan üç boyutlu düzenlemenin yapıldığı yaygın bir estetik prosedürdür. Rinoplasti sonrası cilt komplikasyonları genellikle erken dönemde görülen nadir, geçici problemlerdir. Bunlar küçük bant reaksiyonlarından alerjik kontakt dermatitlere, deride dolaşım bozukluğu ve nekroza kadar uzanır. Geç dönemde ise kalıcı kızarıklık ve telenjiektaziler görülebilir. Plastik cerrahide hasta tedavisinde fazla miktarda malzeme kullanılmaktadır. Bu durumdan dolayı kontakt irritan ve alerjen potansiyeli olan ürünlere maruz kalma olasılığı fazladır. Rinoplasti sonrası alerjik reaksiyonlar genellikle burun dorsumu, yanaklar gibi pansuman malzemelerinin kullanıldığı alanlarda görülür. Çalışmamızda, daha önce medikal literatürde benzerini bulamadığımız rinoplasti sonrası beklenmeyen lokalizasyonda gelişen dermatit tablolu bir olgu sunulmuştur.

Rhinoplasty is a common cosmetic procedure involving a three-dimensional correction of a restricted area and in which the expectations of patients are high. Post operative skin complications are rare and temporary, generally occuring in the early period. These range from small plaster reactions to allergic contact dermatitis, skin circulatory defects and necrosis. Permanent redness and telangiectasias could be seen in the late period. In plastic surgery a lot of material is used in the treatment of the patient. For this reason, the possibility of exposure to contact irritants and products with allergic potential is greater. Allergic reactions after rhinoplasty are generally observed in the areas where wound cleansing material is applied such as the cheeks and dorsum of the nose. In our study, a case reporting with dermatitis in an unexpected localization after rhinoplasty, the like of which we have not been able to find in medical literature before, has been presented.
