Retinal astrositik hamartom ve tüberoskleroz

Astrositik tümörler sıklıkla fakomatöz hastalıkların bir parçası olarak retinada gelişir, bunlarm tek başlarına bulunmaları enderdir. Burada, tüberoskleroz ile ilişkili iki taraflı multifokal retinal astrositomu olan 11 yaşında bir hasta sunularak; astrositik hamartomlann göz içi maliniteler, retinal / optik diğer lezyonlar ve nörokutan hastalıkların ayrıcı tanısmdaki önemi vurgulanmak istendi.

Retinal astrocytic hamartoma and tuberous sclerosis

Astrocytic tumors occur in retina usually as a part of phacomatosis and their isolated occurrence is rare. An eleven year-old case with bilateral multifocal retinal astrocytoma associated with tuberous sclerosis is presented in order to discuss the differential diagnosis of astrocytic hamartomas from intraocular malignencies, retinal or optic other lesions
