Kronik karaciğer hastalarında antropometrik ölçümlerin değerlendirilmesi

Amaç : Kronik karaciğer hastalığı tanısı ile izlenen çocuklarda antropometrik ölçümlerle beslenme yetersizliğinin erken göstergesi olan belirteçleri saptamak ve karaciğerin enflamasyon derecesi ve sirozun evresi arasındaki ilişkiyi irdelemek. Gereç ve Yöntem: Kronik karaciğer hastalığı tanısı ile izlenmekte olan 118 ve sağlıklı 107 çocuk çalışmaya alındı. Olguların tümü ergenlik öncesi olup çalışma öncesinde steroid alım öyküsü yok idi. Beş olgu diüretik (spiranolakton) alıyordu. Olguların 113' üne (Child C hariç) perkutan karaciğer biyopsisi yapıldı. Tüm olguların antropometrik ölçümleri kayıt edildi Bulgular: Çalışma grubunun boy, kilo Z skorları kontrol grubundan anlamlı yüksek, triseps derialtı kalınlığı (TDK), subskapuler derialtı kalınlığı (SDK), kol çevresi (KÇ), üst kol kas alanı (ÜKKA), üst kol yağ alanı (ÜKYA) ve kol yağ indeksi (KYİ) Z skorları kontrol grubundan düşük saptandı [(p
