Kliniğimizde izlenen bir sarkoidoz olgusu

Sarkoidoz etiolojisi bilinmeyen, çocuklarda nadir görülen bir hastalıktır. Birçok sistemi tutan bir hastalık olmasına rağmen en sık etkilenen organlar akciğerler ve lenf düğümleridir. Farklı sistem tutulumlarına ait klinik bulgular gösterdiği için yanlış tanı alabilir. Bu yazıda akciğer sarkoidozu tanısı alan bir çocuk tartışılmıştır.

A sarcoidosis case followed-up in our clinic

Sarcoidosis is a disease of unknown etiology which is rarely absorved in childhood. Although sarcoidosis is a multi-systemic disease, lungs and lymph nodes are mostly involved. Misdiagnosis is possible because various clinical symptoms are related to different systems involved. A child with pulmonary sarcoidosis is discussed in this report.
