Bu kısa makale, üniversitelerimizin Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüleri tarafından yayınlanan akademik dergilerin problemlerini ele almaktadır. Makalede her disiplinde çalışmayı kabul eden bu dergilerin akademik odaklanma problemiyle karşı karşıyaolduklarına işaret edilerek, bu tür Enstitü dergileri yerine daha çok branş dergilerine olan ihtiyaç vurgulanmaktadır. Sonuç olarak ise, bu dergilerin gerçekten akademik bir kimliğe kavuşabilmeleri için mutlaka dönüştürülerek sürdürülmeleriönerilmektedir.

In this short article, the journals of the Institutes of the Social Studies at our universities are examined from the point of their structual problems. It is here argued that accepting articles from various academic disciplines of the humanities these journals very naturally lose their scholarly focus on any specific academic field.Instead it is ssuggested that these kinds of journals must be transformed into platforms for any specific academic publications
