Bektaşî tekkelerinin 1826 yılında kapatılması sırasında sayısız belge tahrip edilmiş, bu sebeple sosyal yaşam ve kültürel ilişkiler hakkındaki bilgilere ulaşmak oldukça zorlaşmıştır. Alevî ve Bektaşîler açısından son derece önemli bir kişi olup, bu inanca yüzyıllarca damgasını vuran Kaygusuz Abdal tarafından kurulan Kaygusuz Abdal Tekkesi, Mısır'da Enver Sedat'ın da aralarında bulunduğu ekibin askerî darbeyle Kral Faruk'u tahtından indirmesinden sonra, 1957 yılında tamamen kapatılmıştır. 1970'li yıllarda Mısır'da araştırma amacıyla bulunan Frederick de Jong tarafından tekkeye ait belgelerden bazıları Hollanda'daki Leiden Üniversitesi Kütüphanesi'ne bağışlanmıştır. Makaleye konu olan el yazması belge, adı geçen kütüphaneye bağışlananlardan bir tanesidir. İlgili belge, dünyanın önde gelen Bektaşî tekkelerinden birisi olan ve Kahire'de bulunan Kaygusuz Abdal Tekkesi'nde, dergâhın son post-nişînleri, intisap edenlerin isimleri, memleketleri, kadın ve erkek sayısı, dinî törenlerin yapıldığı yerler ve kişilerin meslekleri hakkında bilgiler içermektedir. Bu çalışmanın, Hicrî 1304 (miladî 1886) tarihinden -tekkenin kapanmasına yakın- 1950 yıllarına kadar, tekke yaşamı ile ilgili karanlıkta kalmış bazı noktaların aydınlatılmasına katkı sağlayacağı düşüncesindeyiz

During the closure of Bektashi lodges in 1826, numerous documents were destroyed and it became quite difficult to get information about social life and cultural relations because of this reason. Kaygusuz Abdal Lodge, which was founded by Kaygusuz Abdal, who was an important character for Alevi and Bektashi society and left his mark on this belief for centuries, was shut down completely in 1957,after the dethronement of King Farouk by a team including Anwar Sadat with a military coup. Some of the documents, which belonged to the lodge, were donated to the library of University of Leiden in Netherlands by Frederick de Jong who went to Egypt for the purpose of research in 1970s. The manuscript that is subject to the article is one of those donated ones. Related document includes the information on one of the world's leading Bektashi lodges, Kaygusuz Abdal Lodge, which was located in Cairo; last Post-nişîn's (Leader of the lodge) of the Dargah (Lodge), names of the people those who abide, their country of origin, female and male quantities, places where religious ceremonies were held and the professions of the people. We believe that this study will contribute to elucidation of some benighted points on the lodge life from Hijri 1304 (Gregorian 1886) until -nearly closure of the lodge- 1950s
