Covid-19 Aşısının Kadın Sağlığı Üzerine Olan Etkileri

Tüm dünyayı etkisi altına alan koronavirus-19 (Covid-19) pandemisini kontrol altına almak amacıyla ilaç ve aşı çalışmaları devam etmektedir. Hastalığın henüz etkin bir ilaç tedavisinin geliştirilememiş olması aşılanmanın önemini arttırmaktadır. Covid-19 aşılarının geliştirilmesi ve ülkelerce yaygın kullanıma girmesi ile beraber ağır hastalık ve ölüm oranları azalmıştır. Yapılan çalışmalar aşıların özellikle ağır hastalığı önlemede etkin ve güvenilir olduğunu ortaya koymuştur. Bu derlememizde Covid-19 aşılarının kadın sağlığı açısından kullanım alanlarını son veriler ışığında değerlendirdik.

Effects of Covid-19 Vaccines on Women's Health

Efforts of effective drug therapy and vaccine prophylaxis are proceeding for controlling the coronavirus-19 (Covid-19) pandemic which has been a global issue. Due to the lack of an effective medical treatment regimen for treatment of the disease increases the importance of vaccination. Severe disease and mortality rates have declined by development of Covid-19 vaccines and utilization by the countries. Previous studies have reveled that vaccines are effective and safe especially for prevention of severe form of the disease. In this review, we evaluated the clinical usage of Covid-19 vaccines regarding women’s health.
