Akut Hepatit B' Li Hastaların Eşlerinde Hepatit B Virus Belirleyicilerinin Araştırılması Ve Değerlendirilmesi

Bu çalışmada hepatit B virusu HBV bulaşında belirgin bir risk grubu olan akut hepatit B ‘li hastaların eşleri HBVyönünden tarandı. Bu amaçla akut hepatit B tanısıyla yatan 44 hastanın eşleri serolojik olarak araştırıldı.Akut hepatit B’ li hastaların serumlarında HBsAg, Anti-HBc IgM, HBeAg, Anti-HBe, Delta Ag HDV , anti-deltabelirleyicileri araştırılırken, hastaların eşlerinde de HBsAg,anti HBs, Anti-HBc IgM, SGOT, SGPT çalışıldı.21 hasta eşinde HBs Ag ve Anti HBs negatif olarak bulunurken, 9 hasta eşinde HBs Ag pozitif, 14 hasta eşindeise anti-HBs pozitif olarak bulundu. Bu bulgular akut hepatit B’li hastaların eşlerinde HBsAg taşıyıcılığının yüksekolduğunu ortaya koymaktadır

Investigation And Evaluation Of Hepatitis B Virus Markers In The Spouses Of Acute Hepatitis B Patients

In this study, we aimed to determine the hepatitis B virus HBV serologic profiles of the spouses of patientswith acut hepatitis B, as a risk group. The study was carried out with 44 persons whom their spouses had acutehepatitis B infection.HBsAg, anti-HBc IgM, HBeAg, anti-HBe, Delta Ag HDV and anti-delta markers were evaluated in the patients’and HBsAg, anti-HBc IgM, anti-HBs, SGOT, SGPT levels were evaluated in the spouses' sera.In 21 spouses HBsAg and anti-HBs markers were found negative while HBs Ag were positive in 9 samples, andanti-HBs were positive in 14 samples.According to our findings, HBsAg carriage in spouses of the patients with acut hepatitis B was higher thannormal population
