Entübasyon sonrası oluşan trakeal web çok nadir, fakat ciddi bir sorundur. Bu olgularda semptomlar, darlığın derecesine bağlı olarak ilk birkaç ayda başlar ve lezyonun hızlı progresyonu ile birlikte ilerler. Bu yazıda, entübasyon sonrası nadiren görülen ve yavaş progresyon gösterip lümenin %75 daralmasına rağmen geç semptom veren bir trakeal web olgusu sunuldu.

Tracheal web with slow progression

Postintubation tracheal web is a rare, but serious problem. The symptoms, which depend on the degree of the stenosis, may begin in a few months and increase with the rapid progression of the stenosis. In this article, we present a case of postintubation tracheal web which leading to late symptoms despite a 75% obstruction of the lumen with slow progression.
