Sosyal Bilgiler Aday Öğretmenlerinin Sınıf İçi Öğretim Yeterlikleri (Kırşehir Örneği)

Bu çalışma, eğitim fakültelerinde öğrenim gören öğretmen adaylarının sınıf içi öğretim yeterliklerini ne düzeyde kazanabildiklerini belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma tarama modelinde yürütülmüştür. Aday öğretmenlerin sınıf içi öğretim yeterlikleri betimlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri, araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen gözlem formu ile toplanmıştır. Gözlem faaliyeti, Sosyal Bilgiler Öğretmenliği Programı son sınıf öğrencileri tarafından yapılmıştır. Veriler üzerinde başlıca, aritmetik ortalama, korelasyon testi, anova testi ve Scheffe testi uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonunda, aday öğretmenlerin sınıf içi öğretim becerilerinde belirli yetersizliklerinin olduğu belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca, belirlenen araştırma alt boyutları arasında anlamlı ve pozitif ilişkilerin bulunduğu görülmüştür. Ek olarak, sınıf düzeyi yükseldikçe öğretim becerilerini gösterme yeterliklerinin de iyileştiği belirlenmiştir. Bu sonuçlara göre öneriler sunulmuştur.
