Birleşmiş Milletler sisteminde dini ekstremizmle mücadele de Uluslararası Hukuk sorunları

Dini ekstremizmle mücadele, özellikle Soğuk Savaş sonrasında uluslararası ilişkilerde önemli sorunlardan birini teşkil etmektedir. Bunların başında da tanım konusundaki çeşitlilik gelmektedir. Günümüzde dini ekstremizm, sorun olduğu ülkelerin sınırını aşarak gittikçe daha fazla uluslararası vasfını kazanmaya başlamıştır. Orta Asya ülkelerinin de bu konuda problemleri söz konusudur. Bu gerçekten hareketle konuyla ilgili Milletlerarası Hukuk düzenlemelerine ihtiyaç bulunmaktadır. Bunun için BM sistemi çerçevesinde Milletlerarası Hukuki düzenlemelerin yapılması ve sorunla ilgili teori ve yöntemlerin geliştirilmesi zorunluluğu vardır.

Problems of international law in the fighting with religious extremism in the united nations system

Struggle with religious extremism, poses one of the major problems in international relations. Among these is the definition of diversity. Today, there is a problem of religious extremism beyond the limit more and more countries began to gain international problem attribute there are also problems in Central Asian countries in this regard. Based on this fact on the issue of International Law regulations are needed. To do this in the framework of the UN system and International Law arrangements for the issue of theory and methods to be developed.
