Günümüzde Balık Atıklarının Helal Sektörde Kullanım Alanları

Günümüzde balıklardan çıkan atıklar dünyanın çeşitli yerlerinde tekrar değerlendirilmektedir.Balıkların pul, deri, kemiksi yapıları ile diğer kısımlarından elde edilen atıkları, su ürünlerisektörlerinde geri dönüşümü yapılarak yeni ürünler elde edilmektedir. Her gün gelişen yöntemlerleatıklardan elde edilen yeni yan ürünler, insanların günlük tüketimine sunulmaktadır.

Nowadays Some Usage Areas of Fish Wastes in Halal Sector

Today, wastes from fish are re-evaluated in various parts of the world. New products are obtained by recycling the wastes obtained from the Scale, skin, bony structures and other parts of the fish in the fisheries sectors. New by-products produced from waste daily are presented to the daily consumption of people. The products obtained from aquaculture wastes, together with these sectors, also provide significant commercial gains to the countries involved. Significant commercial revenues are obtained by using many products such as health, biomedical, personal care and food with gelatin, collagen obtained from fish waste alone personal care and food. Recently, such products have attracted interest under the name of halal use in our country and abroad. Nowadays, many countries such as Europe, America and Far East are gaining significant revenues in world markets with ’Halal Certificate’. One of the purposes of this review is to provide both employment and economic benefits to our country with the by-products obtained from wastes that are polluting the environment. Another aim is to provide information about the applications of fish products such as gelatin, collagen in food, pharmaceutical, biomedical and natural pharmaceutical sectors. In this way, the use of halal product paste, which reaches billions of dollars with the recycling, is an awareness for aquaculture companies.
