Wegener granülomatözisi: Sekiz olgunun değerlendirilmesi

Hastanemizde yatarak tetkik ve tedavi edilen, wegener granülomatözisi tanısı konan 6 erkek, 2 kadın toplam 8 olgu değerlendirildi. Hastaların 8'inde akciğer tutulumu, 4'ünde üst solunum yolu tutulumu, 5'inde böbrek tutulumu, 2'sinde göz tutulumu, 2'sinde eklem, 2'sinde de deri tutulumu mevcuttu. Antinötrofil sitoplazmik antikor 7 olguda bakıldı ve 6 olguda pozitif bulundu. Olguların semptomlarının süresi, fizik muayene bulguları, göğüs radyografileri, toraks tomografileri, laboratuvar parametreleri ve tedavi planları dikkatli olarak değerlendirildi. Sekiz olgunun analiz sonuçları tartışıldı.

The evaluation of eight cases with Wegener granulomatosis

Eight cases; i.e 6 man, 2 woman with the diagnosis of Wegener Granulomatosis who were examined and treated in our hospital were evaluated in this report. Among those eight patients, lung involvement was seen in all of them, upper respiratory tract involvement in four of them, kidney involvement in five of them, eye involvement in two of them, joint involvement in two of them and skin involvement in again two of them. Antineutrophilic cytoplasmic antibody was searched in seven cases and found positive in six of them. The duration of the symptoms, the findings of physical examination, the chest x rays, the computed chest tomography, laboratory parameters and treatment protocols of cases were carefully evaluated. The analysis results of eight cases were discussed in this report.
