AŞINDIRICILI SU JETİ UYGULAMALARI VE ÜRETİMDE YOĞUN KULLANIMA SAHİP MALZEMELERİN DELİNMESİ

Aşındırıcı Su Jeti (AWJ) ile kesme, endüstriyel amaçlı malzemelerdeki gelişmelere paralellik gösterecek şekilde, bilinen tüm malzemelerin özellikle de işlenmesi güç malzemelerin işlenmesinde etkili bir yöntem olarak kullanılmaktadır. Kesme yöntemlerindeki işleme kalitesi genel olarak; malzeme özelliklerindeki değişim, elde edilen yüzey özellikleri ve kesilen kanalın geometrisi ile karakterize edilmektedir. Bu çalışmada aşındırıcılı su jeti ile günümüzde gittikçe yaygınlaşan tornalama, frezeleme ve delme işlemleri ile bu işlemler sırasında dikkat edilmesi gereken hususlar ortaya konmuştur

Experimental Applications of Abrasive Water Jet

Abrasive water jet (AWJ) cutting process is being developed related to developments in industrial materials and is used effectively in cutting application of hard to cut materials. The quality of cut surface is generally characterized by obtained surface texture, the geometry of kerf. In this study the details which must be pay attention during the processes that are widely used in industry such as AWJ milling, turning and drilling operations are given
