Stratejik İnsan Kaynakları Yönetimi ve Endüstri 4.0' ın Kesişen Ekosistemi

Bu çalışmanın amacı, son on yılda gerçekleşen endüstri devriminin getirdiği yeniliklerin örgüt çevresindeki etkileri ve stratejik insan kaynakları yönetimi açısından taşıdığı anlamı açıklamaktır. Literatür taramasına dayandırılarak oluşturulan çalışmada; öncelikle insan kaynaklarını tarihsel değişimi açıklanmıştır. Ardından, büyümekte ve gelişmekte olan Endüstri 4.0 ekosistemi bilişim altyapısı, akıllı üretim ve yeni iş modelleri başlıkları altında ifade edilmiştir. En son bölümde ise Endüstri 4.0 ve makro düzeyde stratejik insan kaynakları yönetimi ekosistemlerinin ilişkisinin çerçevesi çizilmiştir. Gerçekleşen değişimin ve bu yeni durumun gelecekteki olası etkilerinin, örgüt için anlam ve önemi açıklanmıştır. Fakat, Endüstri 4.0 ile gerçekleşen yeniliklerin uygulamalarına ilişkin ampirik verilerin olmayışı ve “iş’in” değişen anlamına ayrıntılı yer verilmeyişi çalışmanın sınırlılıklarındandır.
