İNTERNETTEKİ SAĞLIK SİTELERİNDE KARŞILAŞILAN BİLGİLERİN DOĞRULUĞU VE NİTELİĞİ İLE İLGİLİ KRİTERLER

İnternetin sağlık alanında bir bilgi kaynağı olarak dünyanın birçok ülkesinde kullanımı büyük bir hızla artmaktadır. İnternette sunulan sağlık bilgisi doğruluk, güvenilirlik ve değer bakımından farklılıklar göstermektedir. Bu bilginin değerlendirilmesi ve uygunluk denetimi büyük Ölçüde araştırıcının kendi sorumluluğundadır ve bir takım ölçütler ve rehberlere göre değerlendirilmesi gerekmektedir. Bu makalede, internetteki sağlık sitelerinde karşılaşılan bilgilerin doğruluğu ve niteliği ile ilgili kriterler ve bunları öneren kuruluşlar araştırılmıştır. Değerlendirmede kullanılabilecek yetkinlik, doğruluk, tarafsızlık ve güncellik gibi bazı ölçütler tanıtılmaya çalışılmıştır.

Criteria on Accuracy and Quality of the Information in the Health Related Web Sites

The utilization of internet as a health Information source is rapidly increasing in many countries över the world, The accuracy, reliability and quality of this health information varies. The researcher is mainly responsible for the assessment and compaübility control and he/she has to evaluate this information by some criteria, measures and guidelines. In this review, the criteria on the accuracy and quality of the information in the Web health sites and the institutions those suggest these criteria have been studied. Accuracy, objectiveness, competency and up-to-dateness, the measures which can be used in the evaluation, have been introduced.
