Lojistik işlemleri, bir işletmede gerçekleştirilen, lojistik kapsamında yer alan uygulamalardır. Sipariş, depolama, yükleme-boşaltma ve teslimat gibi lojistik işlemlerinin performansının işletme performansı ile ilişkili olacağı değerlendirilmektedir. Lojistik işlemleri, işletmenin kentsel lojistik ve lojistik köy gibi çevresel faktörler bakımından sahip olduğu olanaklardan da etkilenecektir. Lojistik köy; dağıtım, taşıma, depolama, boşaltma, yükleme, elleçleme (yeniden ambalajlama) ve ilgili lojistik işlemlerin gerçekleştirildiği, lojistik modları arasında hızlı, düşük maliyetli, güvenli, aktarma donanımlarına ve alan sahip organize sahalardır. Kentsel Lojistik, şehrin taşıma faaliyetleri üzerindeki ekonomik, sosyal, çevresel, enerji ve mali etkilerini göz önünde bulundurarak kentsel lojistik faaliyetlerinin optimizasyonu sürecidir. Kentsel lojistik, şehirlerin yükleme, depolama ve boşaltma kapasitesiyle ulaşım çeşitliliği gibi lojistik performans faktörleri açısından ileri çıkan güçlü tarafları ve fırsatlarla beraber yetersiz yönlerini ve tehditlerini gün yüzüne çıkaran, o şehir yerinin alt yapı ve diğer imkânlarını lojistik açıdan ölçmek için geliştirilmiş bir kavramdır. Araştırmanın amacı lojistik işlemleri performans faktörlerinin işletme performansı ile ilişkisinin ortaya konulmasıdır. Araştırma Kastamonu il merkezinde bulunan ticaret yapan işletmeler üzerinde yapılmış olup veriler yüz yüze anket yöntemiyle elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen bulguların SPSS 23 programında güvenirlik ve geçerliği test edilmiş, performans ifadelerinin önem düzeyleri belirlenmiştir. 30 kişiden alınan verilere regresyon analizi uygulanmış ve lojistik işlemlerinin işletme performansı üzerinde anlamlı ve olumlu etkiye sahip olduğu bulunmuştur.

Abstract Logistics operations are applications carried out in an enterprise and within the scope of logistics. It is considered that the performance of logistics operations such as order, storage, loading-unloading and delivery will be related to the business performance. Logistics operations will also be affected by the facilities of the enterprise in terms of environmental factors such as urban logistics and logistics villages. Logistic village; These are organized areas where distribution, transportation, storage, loading-unloading, handling and related logistics activities are carried out, which have fast, low cost, safe, transfer equipment and space between logistics modes. Urban Logistics is the process of optimizing urban logistics activities, taking into account the economic, social, environmental, energy and financial impacts of the city on transport movements. Urban logistics is a concept developed to measure the infrastructure and other possibilities of the city location in terms of logistics, revealing the strengths and opportunities, as well as the inadequacies and threats, in terms of logistics performance factors such as the loading, storage and unloading capacity of cities and transportation diversity. The aim of the study is to reveal the relationship between urban logistics performance factors and logistics village performance factors. The research was carried out on the commercial enterprises in the city center of Kastamonu and the data were obtained by face to face survey method. The reliability and validity of the obtained findings were tested in the SPSS 23 program, and the significance levels of the performance statements were determined. Regression analysis was applied to the data obtained from 30 people and it was found that logistics operations have a significant and positive effect on business performance.
