Dikiş mukavemetine etki eden denim kumaş dikiş ipliği parametrelerinin araştırılması

Denim mamullerde en önemli proses aşamalarından bir tanesi yıkamadır. Bu çalışmada, yıkama öncesi ve yıkama sonrası dikiş mukavemetinde oluşan değişimler araştırılmıştır. Yapılan korelasyon analizleri sonucunda, dikiş mukavemetine etki eden önemli dikiş ipliği ve kumaş parametreleri olarak dikiş iplik numarası, dikiş iplik kopma mukavemeti ve kopma işi, atkı sıklığı, atkı ve çözgü kumaş kopma uzaması değerleri bulunmuştur.

Investigation of denim fabric and sewing thread parameters affecting sewing strength

Washing process in denim garments is one of the most important operation steps. In this study, changes in sewn strength between pre-washing and after washing were investigated. As results of correlation analysis; sewing thread number, sewing thread breaking strength and work, weft yarn density, warp and weft fabric breaking extension were found as some of the important fabric and sewing thread's parameters to sewing strength.
