Bobinleme işleminde dikkat edilmesi gereken işlemlerden biri, iplikteki hatalı bölgelerin tespit edilip uzaklaştırılmasından sonra, iplik uçlarının, sonraki işlemlerde randıman ve kalite yönünden sorun oluşturmayacak şekilde birleştirilmesidir. İplik üretiminde farklı materyallerin ve farklı yöntemlerin kullanılmasından dolayı, farklı splicer tipleri geliştirilmiştir. Bu çalışmada; standart, elasta ve enjeksiyon (su püskürtmeli) splicer tipleri ve ayar noktaları incelenmiştir.

In winding process, after detecting and cutting the faults on the yarn, splicing of the yarn ends is an important process for the productivity and the quality of following processes. Different splicer types have been produced due to the rising usage of different raw materials and different techniques in yarn producing process. Standard, elasto and injection splicers and their adjustment points have been examined in this study.
