Bazı Laktik Asit Bakterilerinin Çoğalması Üzerine Patulinin Etkisi

Turbidimetrik bir metod olan “Bioscreen” kullanılarak patulinin 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64 ve 128 µg/ml konsantrasyonlarına karşı değişik 11 laktik asit bakterisinin hassasiyeti incelenmiştir. Sonuçlarına göre patulin 32 g/ml konsantrasyondan itibaren incelenen bakterilerin çoğalmaları üzerine etkili olmuştur. İncelenen laktik asit bakterilerinden Enterococcus faecium BFE 900, Lactobacillus rhamnosus BFE 1014 ve Pediococcus damnosus BFE 1023 patuline karşı en hassas, iki Lactobacillus plantarum (BFE 1021 ve 1027) en dayanıklı suşlar olarak tespit edilmiştir.
