Dönel geometrik parçalarda bilgisayar destekli unsur tasarımı ve veri tabanı oluşturulması

Bu çalışmada, tasarımdan, işlem planlaması ve imalat aşamasına kadar, bir bütünleşme sağlayarak, imal edilebilir unsurlar yardımıyla bilgisayar destekli veri tabanı otomasyonunun gerçekleştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Tasarım aşamasında imalatı istenen parçanın çizimi yapılarak işlem planlaması çıkarılabileceği gibi, ayrıca bir CAD programında tasarlanan parça modeline ait DXF dosyasından da işlem planı çıkartılabilmektedir. İlk etapta parçanın imalatı için gerekli veri tabanı oluşturulmakta, daha sonra kesme parametrelerinin optimizasyonu yapılmakta ve parçanın işlem planlaması ile imalatı için gerekli CNC kodları oluşturulmaktadır. Böylece CAD/CAM/CAPP arasındaki bilgisayar, destekli bir bütünleşme sağlanarak otomasyonda hız, esneklik ve zaman kazanılmaktadır.

Computer aided feature design and the forming of database for geometrical turned parts

In this study, a computer aided database automation system, which integrates the design, process planning, and production stages with producable features has been aimed. At the design stage, either a part to be manufactured is drawn and process plans can be drawn from it or process plans can also be obtained from a DXF file of a part model designed in a CAD program . Firstly, the database required to produce the part is formed, afterwards the optimisation of cutting parameters is performed and then the process planning of the part and CNC codes for it's production are produced. Thus by providing a computer aided integration among the CAD/CAM/CAPP applications the speed and the flexibility in automation have been increased and the lead time has been reduced.
