In this study, a software package named as "Resource Constrained Project Scheduling using Genetic Algorithms" (RCPS_GA) was developed and its performance was tested on a sample project. Delphi 7.0 and paradox data tables were used during the preparation of software. Project planning under constrained resource conditions can be performed by minimizing activity and total project duration together with critical path can be determined by software.

Bu çalışmada, "Genetik Algoritma ile Kaynak Kısıtlı Proje Programlama" (GA_KKPP) diye isimlendirilen bir paket program hazırlanmış ve performansı bir örnek proje üzerinde test edilmiştir. Programın hazırlanmasında Delphi 7.0 programlama dili ve Paradox veri tabloları kullanılmıştır. Hazırlanan bu paket programla kısıtlı kaynak koşullarında faaliyet süreleri minimize edilerek projenin programlaması yapılabilmekte ve projenin toplam bitiş süresi ile kritik yolu belirlenebilmektedir.
